Turkey Spinach Wraps recipe
Try this recipe with thinly sliced leftover Thanksgiving turkey meat, if you have any. Roll them up and enjoy a quick, delicious lunch or snack!
Ingredients:
6 large flour tortillas
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup prepared salsa
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 pound sliced deli turkey
1 cup baby spinach leaves
Directions:
1) Spread cream cheese evenly over each tortilla. Top with salts, cheese, and cilantro. Cover with a few slices of turkey and a handful of spinach. Fold in one end of the tortilla, and roll up to form a wrap. Serve warm or chilled.

We made this recipe using dark meat from a wild turkey & it was delicious! A great blend of flavors.
