1 whole turkey (10-12 pounds)
1/4 cup salt
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup garlic powder
1/4 cup onion powder
1/4 cup paprika
1/4 cup olive oil or melted butter
Peanut oil or vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
Prepare the Turkey: Thaw the turkey completely and remove the giblets. Pat it dry with paper towels.
